TNT East Bay Spring Run Team
Important Dates and Deadlines
Recommitment Deadlines:
By this date, you must submit your Recommitment Forms to the SF
office to indicate that you are commiting to finishing the
program and achieving your fundraising minimum. If you haven't
already raised your minimum by this date, they need to get your
credit card number and signature but won't charge anything yet.
As long as you make your minimum by your last fundraising
deadline, your credit card will not be charged, otherwise, your
card will eventually be charged the difference. Recommitment
Forms MUST be turned in right away at this deadline or TNT will
be forced to drop you from the program. After you recommit, you
get the remainder of the Spring Training Calendar. The
Recommitment Deadlines are as follows:
San Diego (Rock 'n Roll) = March 23
Anchorage and SF = April 6
Midway Fundraising Incentive Deadline:
If you raise at least 50% of your minimum by this date, you get a
Free TNT Gym Bag. San Diego = March 23. Anchorage and SF deadline
= April 6
Corporate Sponsorship
Deadline:
If you are trying to get your employer or other companies to make
a donation to the Leukemia Society, all of the paperwork needs to
be submitted no later than Friday, April 13th (like the movie).

Final Fundraising Deadlines:
By this date, all of your donations should be AT Paycor. A few
weeks later, they have a final accounting of what you raised. If
you have met your minimum, your credit card will not be charged.
If you have exceeded your minimum by more that $5000, you qualify
to receive a Free TNT Fleece Jacket (which I still haven't
received from Honolulu - but it's coming!). Fundraising Deadlines
are as follows:
San Diego (Rock 'n Roll) = May 11
Anchorage and SF = June 8
OTHER IMPORTANT DATES:
Sunday, April 8 - Nicky's Rainbow Run (10K) in
Albany-Berkeley. This 10K specifically raises money for Childhood
Leukemia and is a very popular annual event. For more info, click here.
Thursday, April 19 - EAST BAY TEAM SOCIAL! There
will be a buffet dinner event at an East Bay location where you
can see your team-mates in their regular clothes and make-up. I
guarantee you won't be able to recognize some people! There will
be speakers and awards, too.
