Directions to Heather Farms:
It is very easy to get to Heather
Farms, as it is right off of Ygnacio Valley (YV) Road at San
Carlos.
Buddy Runs are every Tuesday at 6:30 PM.
From 680 (near intersection with Rte. 24), take the Ygnacio
Valley Road exit. Turn right off of the exit, and continue for
several miles until you see the signs for Heather Farms Park on
the left. Turn left at light (San Carlos) into Heather Farms
Park.
From Clayton, take Clayton Blvd to Kirker Pass, turn left. Follow
Kirker Pass until it becomes YV Road. Start looking for Heather
Farms near intersection of Ygnacio and San Carlos. Turn
right into Heather Farms Park.
Enter park. Follow road straight into the park. Pass playground,
restrooms, etc. Pass baseball field on right, then jog right into
the parking lot just beyond the small buildings. This puts you
right at the trailhead.
